Flap disc grinding wheel

The flap disc(flap Wheel, grinding disc)is one of the coated abrasives. It is made by pressing a cut out coated abrasive blade one by one along the circumference and sticking it to the back cover plate with adhesive.

The polishing discs are mainly installed on hand-held power tools for grinding and polishing all kinds of metal and non-metal welds, burrs, chamfers, surface descaling, surface polishing, etc.

Compared with the resin grinding wheel, the grinding and polishing is completed in one go.

It can also be used to polish welded seams and stamping parts with flying edge. This product can be used interchangeably with resin cymbal grinding wheels.
