Non-woven abrasives, also known as Non-woven Abrasives or Nylon Abrasives, are made from a non-woven fabric composed of special fibers, with abrasives and binders added to create a three-dimensional, highly elastic, flexible abrasive. The main abrasives used are corundum and silicon carbide. Variations in abrasives and particle sizes result in a wide variety of shapes, sizes, and applications. The particle size attribute is not designed according to the coated abrasives, but only specifies the range and is set as a single choice.
2. Non-woven Nylon Abrasive Rolls
These rolls can be cut into sheets, so the color, abrasive, grit, and application materials are not detailed here. The properties are the same as for industrial scouring pads.
Width: Common widths from 50 to 230 mm are available.
3. Nylon Discs and Disks
Nylon discs are any disc-shaped abrasive tool punched or made from non-woven fabric, such as those used in angle grinders, straight grinders, and sanding machines. Their color, abrasive, grit, and application materials are consistent with those of industrial scouring pads.
Diameter: Common diameters from 20 to 300 mm are collected for selection;
Fastening Type: None, Hook & Loop, Quick Change, Arbor Hole, Other;
4. Nylon Wheels
Nylon wheels are any non-woven abrasive wheel, such as those used on angle grinders, straight grinders, engraving grinders, and grinding machines. Their color, abrasive, grit, and application materials are consistent with those of industrial scouring pads.
Type: Clean & Strip Wheel, Convolute Wheel, Unitized Wheel, Specialty Wheel
Diameter: Common diameters from 25 to 400 mm are available.
5. Nylon Abrasive Belts
The product's color, abrasive, grit, and application materials are consistent with industrial scouring pads.
Width: Available in common widths from 3 to 150 mm.
6. Flying Wing Wheels
Flying Wing Wheels and Wire Drawing Wheels can be displayed in this category.
The product color, abrasive, grit size, and application materials have the same attribute values as industrial scouring pads.
Shape: Shank-Mounted, Tread-Mounted, Arbor Holes, and Interleaved.
Diameter: Common diameters from 25 to 500 mm are available.
7. Special-Shaped Items
