Ruby Aluminium oxide and Pink Fused Alumina is made by aluminium oxide powder, which is electrically fused at high-temperature adding appropriate amount of chromium oxide, etc. 

Our PA and RA have the features of good crystallinity, pure color, less impurity, well-distributed particle size composition, low magnetic substance content, high bulk density, and high toughness. They have good reputation in domestic and overseas. 

Chrome corundum has good high temperature thermal stability, erosion resistance, corrosion resistance and wear resistance. The crystal is pink and is used for manufacturing abrasive tools with good durability and high grinding finish. It is suitable for grinding measuring tools, machine tool spindles, instrument parts, threaded workpieces and sample grinding.

The abrasive tools made by PA or RA have good durability and the workpieces have high smooth finish.

1. Chrome corundum is pink, with high hardness, high toughness, high strength, self-sharpening, strong grinding force, low heat generation, high efficiency, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and good thermal stability.

2. Ideal sandblasting, suitable for sandblasting of hardware, glass, zinc alloy, aluminum alloy, stainless steel, high carbon steel, high-speed steel, etc. Especially the effect of spraying thin-walled workpieces is obvious, the workpiece does not change color, and the processing finish is high.

3. It can improve the finish of silicon wafers, optical lenses, precision instruments, polished glass shells, glassware, ceramic stones, leather, plastics, and metal parts.

4. The grinding tools made of it are sharp, with very low heat generation, high grinding ratio, and less adhesion during use; the sintered grinding tools are dark blue in color after firing, no reticular cracks, and no rust spots.

5. The grinding tools made of chrome corundum have good durability and high grinding finish. Suitable for precision grinding of measuring tools, machine tool spindles, instrument parts, threaded workpieces and sample grinding.

6. Chrome corundum is suitable for manufacturing ceramic, resin high-consolidation abrasive tools, as well as grinding and polishing.
