Garnet blasting abrasive, selected from high-quality Ferro-alumina garnet rock ore, is a high quality, natural non-metallic blasting abrasive with high hardness, high density, good toughness, sharp corners, and sharp edges.

 

Garnet blasting abrasives, processed according to high-quality standards, have a reasonable particle size distribution, low dust, very low soluble salt (chloride) content, and electrical conductivity, are free from free silicon, heavy metals, and other harmful components, and meet the requirements of iso 11126, iso 11127, PSPC and other specifications to meet industrial and military-technical requirements.

 

01 Excellent surface cleaning effect

Garnet blasting abrasive, able to clean deep into holes and uneven areas, thoroughly removes oxidation, rust, soluble salts, and other contaminants. The sandblasted surface is free of embedded matter, unfavorable convex tips, and pits, easily obtaining a high blast grade of Sa3 and a surface roughness of 30-80 microns, achieving stronger coating adhesion and a longer coating life.

 

02 Lower cost of use

Garnet blasting abrasive, with a hardness of 7.5-8.0, a density of 4.2 g/cm3, sharp edges, good cutting effect, large blasting area per unit of time, low sand consumption per unit of area, and low blasting costs. Thanks to the excellent toughness and low brittleness of RZG garnet blasting abrasive, it has a low breakage rate during the blasting process and can be recycled 5-10 times depending on the application, further reducing the cost of use for customers.
