Angle grinders are frequently employed in daily production and life. Though compact in size, improper operation can lead to unforeseeable consequences. The following operational precautions have been compiled for users to observe diligently.
1. Before using the angle grinder, first secure the flange. After installation, conduct a no-load test run to ensure correct and standard installation before operation.
2. Before starting, firmly grip the handle with both hands to prevent it from slipping due to starting torque, ensuring personal and equipment safety.
3. The angle grinder must be fitted with a guard; operation without this guard is prohibited. Removing the guard is strictly forbidden. The diameter of the grinding wheel selected must not exceed the diameter of the grinding wheel guard.

4. When the grinding wheel is in operation, the operator must not stand in the direction of debris ejection. Safety goggles should be worn during use.
5. When grinding thin sheet components, the grinding wheel should make light contact with the workpiece. Excessive force must not be applied. The grinding area must be closely monitored to prevent grinding through.
6. Handle the angle grinder with care. After use, promptly disconnect the power or air supply and store it properly. Rough handling, abandonment, or impact damage is strictly prohibited.
7. Never operate the grinding wheel beyond its maximum rated speed as indicated on the wheel. 8. Ensure the grinding wheel's arbor diameter matches the machine's spindle size. For example, a 22mm arbor wheel must not be mounted on a 16mm spindle machine.
