1. Before starting the grinder, check that the machine's protective devices and reset switches for various actions are properly adjusted and secure.
2. The protective cover should cover at least half the diameter of the grinding wheel.
3. After the grinding wheel is installed on the grinder's spindle, it must be idling for at least 5 minutes.

4. Do not use the end face of a grinding wheel for grinding unless it is specifically designed for end face work.
5. Do not use a lever to push the workpiece to increase pressure on the grinding wheel during grinding.
6. When grinding or dressing a grinding wheel, ensure the appropriate amount of cut. Excessive cut can easily break the grinding wheel or damage the machine tool. Use specialized dressing tools to dress the grinding wheel.

7. Turn off the coolant before the grinding wheel stops rotating to avoid affecting the wheel's balance.
8. Do not use grinding fluids that are destructive to the abrasive bond.
